1. How long will my order take?

All items are made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, and shipping usually takes 5–8 business days within the U.S. (International orders may take 10–20 business days).

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by country.

3. How do I know my size?

Check our Size Guide before ordering. Because we print each shirt just for you, we can’t exchange for different sizes unless there’s a defect.

4. Can I return or exchange my shirt?

We only accept returns if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please see our Shipping & Returns Policy for full details.

5. What if my package is lost?

If your package is lost in transit, contact us at info@ninaunbuttoned.com and we’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve it.

6. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production starts, cancellations are not possible.

7. Do you offer custom designs?

Yes! Email us at info@ninaunbuttoned.com with your request and we’ll let you know if it’s possible.
